World Best Selling City Cars up to October 2023: BYD Dolphin becomes the new segment leader (+65.2%), overtaking the Wuling Hongguang MINI EV (-49.6%).

Sport Utility Segment in 2020 final data: the Toyota RAV4 maintains its supremacy with 3.4% market share, followed by the Honda CR-V. The Haval H6 jumped 4 positions, while the top 4 remain the same as last year.

World Light Vehicles ranking in 2020 final data with sales aggregated by manufacturer group sees Volkswagen Group on top, reaching 12.1% of market share. Hyundai-Kia registers the best top Top 10 hold and falls in single-digit (-9.3%). 

World Car Group Ranking at the end of 2017 led by Volkswagen with 10.6 million units ahead of Toyota and Renault-Nissan. American brands are the losers, while Japanese are winners. The best performance, however, was the Chinese Geely, up 35% and the worst is Hyundai.

World Best Selling Car ranking in 2018 was led again by the Toyota Corolla, while the Toyota RAV4 gained the third position. The Jeep Compass & Wrangler were among the fastest-growing models.

World Cars Brand Ranking in 2019 with Toyota and Volkswagen on top of the list and Ford, still in the podium despite at the lowest market share in the last 30 years. Behind, Honda has grown fast, hitting a new record sales with share at 5.5%, just 0.1 points far from Ford. Mercedes & BMW among the few brands in positive track.

World Cars Brand Ranking for 2018 with the Top 50 Brands reported. Toyota leadership was undisputed with a safe gap over Volkswagen. Ford fell down 11.8%, while Nissan kept the 4th place after fighting with Honda.

World Best Selling MPV ranking in the 2018 was dominated by the Chinese Wuling Hongguang despite losing 10.5%. However, the rest of the podium changed from the previous year thanks to the success of the Honda Odyssey, second, and the Dodge Gran Caravan, third.

World Car Market in 2020 final data sees the Toyota Corolla on top of the best selling cars ranking, ahead of the Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CR-V. The Nissan Sylphy jumped in 7th place, gaining 14.9% from 2019.  

World Cars Brand Ranking 2016 with the Top 50 reported. Renault was 9th with a spectacular +14.8 percent at global level while Mercedes was leader of premium segment.
