Chevrolet Global Performance 2017. Sales disappointing again
Chevrolet Global Performance 2017 continue to disappoint and after the lost reported in the period 2010-2016, global sales were flat at 4.1 million units. Only in the ASEAN the performance was positive, while the Silverado is the best selling model.
Hyundai 2017. The worst performance in 20 years
Hyundai Global Sales fell down heavily in the 2017. Seven out of the top 10 models reported decline and regional sales are struggling in Asia and in North America. The moderate gain in Europe and LatAm have not balanced the Asian fall.
Mazda 2017. Global Performance up only 2%
Mazda Global Performance 2017 was positive thanks to the success in CIS area and in Asia, while sales declined in Magreb, GCC, Levant and Europe. The best-selling model was again the CX-5 followed by the Mazda3.
Honda Global Sales 2017. Up 7.8% overtaking Hyundai
Honda Global Performance 2017 with sales up 7.8%, overtaking Hyundai in the global ranking, landing in 5th place. Performance is driven by growth in Asia and by the all time record volume hit by the Civic.
Nissan 2017. Global sales up 3.7%
Nissan Global Performance 2017 has been positive again, following the recent conquest of the fourth place as global sales. The growth was driven by the Asian region while the Qashqai consolidates its rule as best-selling model.

Ford global sales performance 2017 has been disappointing losing over 1.9% with 6.28 million vehicles, dragged down by low sales in China and despite the best-seller F-Series hit the record of over 1 million units sold.
Volkswagen 2017. Global performance above industry
Volkswagen in the 2017 confirmed the second place in the global light vehicles sales with 6.8 million vehicles, improving 3.8% thanks to the strong Tiguan performance, while Golf and Polo are losing. Sales down in many regions.

EV cars sales ranking by Brand in the 2017 was again led by the Chinese BYD, the first brand hitting the 100.000 units in a year (in 2016) while Tesla is second for few thousand units. Toyota in 4th is the fastest growing while Renault is not in Top 10.
