Sweden Best Selling Car in 2022 is the Volvo XC40 followed by the Volvo XC60. Electric vehicles are growing rapidly with Tesla Model Y and Volkswagen ID.4 already in the top 10.
In the Swedish market, the top 10 best selling models represent the 29.7% of total sales, which grow up at 69.0% when considering the Top 50 reported below.
In 2022 the Volvo XC40 is the new leader with 14,252 sales (+16.4%) overtaking the Volvo XC60 which stands at 12,009 (+0.6%).
The Kia Niro enters the podium for the first time with 8,909 sales (-13.6%) ahead of the Volkswagen ID.4 with 8,874 (+23.6%) and the Volvo S/V60 down 4 spots in 5th at 8,545 sales (-42.7%).
In sixth place ranks the Kia Cee’d with 8,056 sales (-29.3%) followed by the Tesla Model Y with 6,550 (+112.7%) and the Toyota RAV 4 with 6,317 (-19.7%).
In 9th place the Kia Sportage with 5,032 and in 10th place the Volvo S/V90 with 4,852 (-14.7%).
Remarkable performances are held by the new Kia EV6 (16th), the Volvo C40 (22nd) and the Toyota Yaris Cross (26th).
